Sheraton stay was satisfactory! - posted on 03/01/2007
Pros: Overall the Sheraton was very clean and the comfortable. The bathroom was recently updated and sparkling clean! Our kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fitness area. Cons: The mattresses were not very comfortable. The restaurant was very good, but a bit pricey. We would definately stay here again if we return to the Burlington area.

Found hotel ideal for using in conjunction with Burlington International Airport. Very helpful staff. However, was disappointed with quality of room on club floor; stained carpet, mediocre soft furnishings. Also found water, when taking bath, very hard & harsh to skin. Hotel should consider using softeners for showering.

This hotel is one of the best in Burlington. I have stayed here two times and have not been disappointed. The pool area is large and the rooms are beautiful. It is a quick drive to downtown, about 5 minutes straight down Williston Road. If you take a taxi plan on $8.50 for each way.

Reported overflowing outdoor waste cans twice, still not emptied after two days. Busines center--you have to stand up while you're on the computer. Noisy conference near our room.

Hotel is close to the University. Despite the inexperience of the the Hotel staff, they were friendly and tried to help. They had difficulty handling needs for large groups and families even though they have the room. The club room is closed on weekends. Food Service was extremely slow.

Hotel was nice. The hotel internet was down on the day of my visit...in the room and business center. In that I needed to utilize the internet for business that day, I was disappointed however the staff was very accomodating and opened the internet cafe which is usually closed on the weekends.(?). The staff made a 3 star hotel a 5 star. The van drivers were great taking me whereever I needed to go in town and to the airport.
