It was a nice, chalet-style hotel. The sleep number bed was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and neat. The underground parking was a little tight.

The new inprovement to the hotel such a mable and granite flooring Iiked as well as the sleep number beds.

Our room was supposed to have two beds. But they sold all the two bed rooms, so we were forced to use a rollaway.

It is very relaxing, good customer service with a lot of good amenities. Although there were some things we noticed, we were generally very pleased about our stay there, and their willingness to do what they could to help us out.

We liked the breakfast buffet most of all--it was large and very tasty

The TV had issues with the remote, and the fridge's freezer was broken

Good location near town and the airport. Room was nicely decorated/ lobby and restaurant beautiful. Water was actually hot for a shower or bath. The air-conditioning in the room did not work, had to sleep with windows open to traffic noise. One of the sleep number beds did not work. Other than these glitches-it was ok/not a 3-star.
