Overall, the hotel was fine, it had wireless access in the rooms which was a plus. The continental breakfast was one of the better ones that
I have had for this level of hotel.
I did not like the fact that there wasn't an elevator; it made it very difficult to carry luggage to my room. the reception staff where nice, but due to language barriers, it was difficult to get help regarding amenities in the area.
I was not able to get any assistance with local restaurants, travel directions to my business locations.
Great access to freeways and restaurants and shops.
There were no elevators in this hotel. Made if difficult for staying upstairs with luggage.

It would be a great place if the rooms were a little larger. The bathroom door kept hitting me in the knee every time
I entered and tried to shut the door. I'm barely 160lbs and can't imagine what would happen if someone twice my size tried to use the same bathroom. Also, no elevator is a big problem for heavy luggage.
Friendly staff, very close to highway.,

Overall, it was great for the price.
The staff was great.
The noise of the doors when they shut from other rooms. You can hear everything. They're very loud and woke me up several times during the night.

Most visitors who stayed at this Holiday Inn Express were delighted with their selection of hotels and said the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was far better than they expected. The excellent team of employees had helpful hints about the neighboring restaurants and stores and gave good advice about the area ski resorts.
