Had problems with first room, but was moved promptly.

The continental breakfast was very good.
The indoor pool area and hot tub was in a beautiful setting that we relaxed in the evening.
I left some clothing in a drawer and called the next day and they don't have them.

Great for students who are on a budget. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will use them again for couple more trips.
The staff accommodated me to stay an extra day.
Need iron and iron board in the room.

The location is convenient to downtown attractions, and serious shoppers will appreciate all the nearby shopping available. Some guestrooms are very small, but all are nicely displayed. The pool area is very nicely set up and the pool itself is excellent. Staff members are pleasant and quite helpful. Hallways and stairwells are very dirty. Breakfast is quite good and includes various morning favorites.
