The hotel was comfortable, but we were put in a room on a floor that was under renovation and we could hear everything going on in the room next door. There were several hazards in the hall ways, and I asked for a room with 2 beds and only got 1.
It was conveniently located.
They were sawing in the pool area with small children around and scared them.

Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter accidentally left her stuffed animal dog at the table during breakfast and they made sure they caught us on the way to check out to tell us they had it.
Fresh baked cookies left out for guests at night.
Dirty spots on the carpet.

Very pleasant, close to shops and restaurants. Easy on/off to interstate. I will stay there in the future.
When you first walk in, the atmosphere is very inviting and friendly.
There wasn't anything I did not like. Everything was excellent.

This Holiday Inn is in a great location, close to the expressway and shops and restaurants and provided quality accommodation at an affordable price. That is the opinion of many visitors to Layton who stayed at this hotel. Other plus points here were the team of helpful and efficient employees, a tasty, hot breakfast buffet and microwave ovens and refrigerators in all of the rooms. Most clients said they would use this hotel on future visits to the area and had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers.
