About the Cherished Memories Bed & Brea
Cedar City's Cherished Memories Bed and Breakfast was built in the early 1900s by a pioneer couple. They used a popular technique of the era, which involved making the pine doors, frames and floors painted to resemble maple. Today, the hotel's original light fixtures, along with some of the original windows contribute to the historic atmosphere.Each morning, guests enjoy a hearty breakfast consisting of hot buttermilk pancakes, peach filled french toast and other delicious items. The hotel is located two blocks from Cedar City's historic downtown area and the Utah Shakespearean Festival. Anyone with an appetite for good food and classically beautiful surroundings is bound to fall in love with this beautiful Cedar City accommodation.

All of the rooms have a romantic theme. They are decorated in floral patterns and lace. The room decor features antique furniture. Patterned wallpaper, that often matches the bedspreads, decorates the walls.

The superb breakfasts at Cherished Memories are the most popular amenity at the inn. It consists of freshly baked granola, fruit yogurt, homemade breads, fresh fruit and a main entree as well as juice, milk, coffee or tea.
