We really enjoyed our experience at the hotel. The facilities were extremely nice and the staff was so very nice and helpful. The only thing I noticed was the first room we were in, the AC seemed to be messed up. It would go off completely between cycles and it was hard to sleep with the noise from it. The fridge made a noise.

Very nice, enjoyed the fridgw and microwave. Extremely nice towels.

Was too far to get out of the hotel back to the interstate going back toward town. No big deal though.

My husband and 3 year old enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. We even ended up staying an extra night. The location was great, close to attractions, many restaurants nearby and a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the outdoor pool which was always clean however, it was open till 11:00 PM and the noise kept our child up on a few nights. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast in the AM was adequate.

The location was great (centrally located between attractions, safe neighborhood, many restaurants nearby).

There were no movies that you could order for the TV. Also there was a lot of noise at the pool late at night.

Several families who stayed at this Holiday Inn Express said it proved to be the ideal base to explore all the San Antonio attractions. The prices were competitive with neighboring hotels and the rooms here were well equipped, squeaky clean and comfortable. The cheerful crew of employees gave good advice about the attractions to see and the location was good, close to the expressway enabling easy transfers to amusement parks and the downtown area.
