The hotel was a great value. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did have one problem when I checked in- Overall it was a good experience despite the initial problem.

The hotel was close to my seminar, close to the river walk, easy access to the freeways, etc. The rooms are huge!!!

Hallway needed to be shampooed- there were numerous stains. Also, the furniture in the living area was dirty and needed to be cleaned.

Several frequent visitors to San Antonio say this Best Western offers the best value in town. The property gets many repeat customers, always a great recommendation, who say they return here to find the same smiling faces behind the front desk and quality rooms at a reasonable price. There were some minor moans about housekeeping but the majority of guests said their rooms were both clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, a short distance from the citys famed River Walk, and the majority of first-time clients say they will recommend the property to family and friends.
