It's dirty, dark, run down, disgusting carpets and linnens, mold and filthy kitchenette and vents, nothing works, awful.

Big mistake staying in this hotel. When we checked into our room, you just felt gloomy and not excited to be on vacation in San Antonio because the lighting in the rooms were dark and the look of the room is not inviting at all. Also, the toilet wasn't working, there were (what looked like) blood stains on a pillow, the tv was small and pretty far from the bed or couch, and the room looked like it hadn't been renovated in years. The staff at the front desk were not all on the same page and it took way too long for us to get checked in. I'll never stay here again.

1 of our rooms had wet, mildewed carpet. replacement room had broken toilet and ceiling mold. No bedding provided in the room OR at the front desk for sleeper sofa. The fitness center was a small room with 1 broken treadmill (safety hazard) and a stationary bike. Out of service ice machine

We stay here last Christmas, and it was a creapy experience, there is no room cleaning service at least 3 days of the week, there were ants on the beds, and the bathroom was really , we find a rouch above the dinning table, and the carpet was really a mess.

First day had to be reminded of room service. Following 2 days no room service at all.At the end of our stay room was paid for in cash then credit card was returned with a cash receipt. The following month credit card was billed for 4 days . When long distance call was made to inquire about bill, we were told nothing could be done.
