I loved the hotel. the firstthing you notice is that the hotel is beautiful and the serves was great. We had little kids and the kids were just amazed with the hot tube. I would like to thank the staff for such a clean well keep hotel.

this was a very nice hotel off I-10. It was also fairly easy to get to Sea World -- about a 10 minute drive.

From the start, reservation desk is the worst. Front desk personnel don't have a clue about customer service. They're good about misleading you. I 'd pay more for better service. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed over Memorial day weekend, and found the staff to be extremely friendly and accomodating, the rooms were very nice, especially the linens which appeared to be new. The pool is large and the kids enjoyed it. It would be nice to see live music in the lounge area at night considering they have a beautiful fountain and seating area near the bar. Overall an excellent choice and we will stay there again. Also, only a 15 minute drive to Sea World.

The beds were wonderful! The room was clean and bathroom amenities were a nice upgrade. Room service was the best I've had at a Marriott. The only problem is no wireless internet in the rooms, plus you have to pay for it.

This hotel doesn't live up to Marriott brand. Room was not clean or well maintained (white socks dirty from walking in room, bathroom light flickered on and off). Air vent was incredibly loud even when turned off. Person at front desk said "it's just a loud system" and didn't offer to address bathroom light. Not a better facility than any discount brand hotel.

Not easily accessible with I-10 under construction. Very nice lobby. Do not expect to use business center(7 X 10 foot size). Nice pool. Limited fitness room.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED CLOSER TO THE AIRPORT BUT THEY ARE RIGHT OF 410 A MAJOR HIGHWAY IN SAN ANTONIO... ABOUT A TEN MNT DRIVE TO THE RIVERWALK, DOWNTOWN, MARKET SQUARE........ THE HOTEL IS VERY PRETTY LARGE . THE BEST PART OF THE HOTEL IS THE SERVICE FRONT DESK VERY HELPFUL WILL HELP YOU FIND ANY DIRECTIONS AND WILL BRING YOU ANY THING YOU REQUEST .......YOU MUST STAY HERE
