It looks very Mexican, which is ok for San Antonio, but the pink/orange colored stucco just is not attractive. The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were small. It wasn't a 3 star hotel.

Easy to find.

A/c was noisy. I had to use earplugs to sleep. I also sneezed repeatedly from the musty smell.

The hotel is by the airport, but it is a short drive away from the Riverwalk. I urge you to eat at Mad Dog; it's an English Pub next to the hotel. Besides the highway construction and the small bathrooms, this hotel was great.

The hotel staff was friendly.

Overall I felt my stay at this hotel was quite positive. While my interactions with the staff was very limited, they were never rude. The room was clean and used premium materials, but the quality of the construction was very poor. The beds were comfortable, came with amenities like a ambient noise CD and lavender spray to scent your pillows. There were a few noisy families down the hall, but I could not hear them from inside my room. While there was construction in the area, it really didn't make it any harder to access the hotel and did not create any bothersome noise.

It was easy to find parking and it was directly in front of the hotel.

While the room was clean and upscale, the quality of the construction was poor.

This is one of those great hotels that you cannot wait to return to. Thats the view of several guests who have stayed at this San Antonio Crowne Plaza and were impressed with the service they received from the top notch team of employees. The rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable. The complimentary shuttle not only to the airport but to nearby attractions was an added bonus.
