I enjoyed the hotel. This was my first time in this hotel and IŽll book with this chain in my next visit to San Antonio.

We stayed at this hotel because we needed to catch a plane very early and they had an airport shutttle. We arrived 9pm and left at 5am so we had little time to look over the hotel. However, the rooms are mediocre at best. Everything needs updating. For the price we paid it definitely was not worth the price. The beds were OK but not great. I'm glad that I didn't decide to stay more than one night.

From the time I check in the people were very nice. The rooms were nice and clean.

this was a good hotel. My only rec. would be to have more parking. the free breakfast was good. the location was also good.

I found the 'deluxe' room to be less than mediocre. Some mold or fungus growing on the walls and ceiling - appliances didn't work - management not helpful to resolve problems

Don't know why this place gets such good reviews. Faucet ran all night, A/C did not work properly, Beds were terrible and rooms were depressing. No fresh fruit at breakfast..just cereal and lots of donuts. Front desk staff was rude.

Hotel is a bit hard to get to because of major construction on I-410, but is quiet for location and close to good shopping and dining. Hotel appears to have been recently renovated or at least some upgrades. Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to and from rental car location and airport. Only drawback was lack of dining other than a "manager's reception" in evening and breakfast... Overall, however, a nice place to stay close to malls, airport, etc.
