I personnally called the Hotel to see if my dog could stay and the girl said yes". I explained we would not be with her at all times and she stated that would be no problem. When we checked in I explained this to the manager and he kept saying that's not our policy. I felt like he thought I was lying. I told him if I knew she should not be left alone I would not have brought her. Also next time I will stay on the river side. The street side is extremely noisey. Other than that everyone else was GREAT and we really enjoyed our visit."

I really liked the location. Most everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

The street we were facing was extremely noisy so we didn't get much sleep. The manager while checking in was rude.

I have alreay recommended this hotel to family. We needed a vacation and this was perfect. It was our first family vacation and it was very special.

The hotel staff were very kind!

The only complaint is that they did not have a spa, but they promised to have one by next year!

The hotel is in central location..On the riverwalk. The parking was however expensive. There was no parking for hotel but needed to valet park the car at higher expenses per day.

Clean.

The parking was expensive-$25/day valet.

The 473-room Westin Riverwalk is located alongside San Antonios famed Riverwalk and provides luxury accommodation equally suited to the upmarket business or pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate are El Rey Latin American specialty chocolates at check-in, in-room coffee and a morning newspaper. There is 23,000 square feet of meeting space available for business or social functions. The property is close to the Alamo monument, La Villita, Market Square and the Convention Center.
