I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean & the price was great!

I like the way their staff listened and acted fast when we requested help.

I didn't like that we didn't get a non-smoking room.

The hotel staff was friendly and tried to accommodate me. However, there were no non-smoking rooms available they moved me to a non-smoking room the next day as soon as one was cleaned.

The hotel staff was very professional and polite.

Could not get a non-smoking room on the first night.

This is pleasant budget property convenient to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing and many guests who have stayed at this Best Western Inn were well pleased with their decision to stay here. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. There were good reviews about the complimentary breakfast and the cheerful crew of employees and most visitors said they would stay here again on future visits to San Antonio.
