Excellent resort style hotel right by Six Flags. Great place to take the family.

Kid friendly swimming pools.

Staff did not get a crib in room after 3 requests.

Pools are fantastic! Views are grand! My husband loved the Palmer Golf Course and shopping close by! Rooms were well-used but clean.

Great pools and location!

Front desk was slow, long lines.

The Westin La Cantera Resort is a colonial-style, award-winning, AAAA four diamond resort that is nestled in the hill country just miles from San Antonio's centre. Its location is very accessible and is only minutes away from the city's main attractions and corporate centers. It provides guests with all the luxuries of a Westin hotel plus the amenities of a resort. If you are interested in shopping or having fun with your family, this hotel is definitely the place to stay. It is within walking distance from The Shops at La Cantera, San Antonio's newest, award-winning, upscale shopping center. It is also close to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, a great place for family fun.

This hotel is a great choice if you want a no-fuss, comfortable, and luxurious trip. The hotel's location provides its guests with magnificent views and the peacefulness of the Hill Country along with easy and fast access to all parts of town. It is only about 20 minutes from the airport (12 miles) or the downtown area (15 miles). The rooms offer extreme luxury and the Heavenly Bed/Bath® definitely merit all the buzz about them. I believe this hotel is definitely worth the splurge.
