I think your greatest feature above all was the friendly and warm reception from all the staff. Service is very important to me when I travel and I always rate it first. Your's gets a Five-Star rating from me.

You would expect quality and service from this htel and we received it! From the moment we arrived the entire staff met our every need from valet parking to bell staff to room accomodations to quality in the restaurants. You're right next to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. We will stay here again and again.

This hotel was wonderful. They had floating basketball nets in the pool & a pool-side large screen tv. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. The doormen always opened the door regardless of whether we were coming or going. The concierge easily filled all our requests. Another plus is the connection to the Rivercenter Mall. After a short walk through the mall you're only 1/2 block from the Alamo. The IMAX is also in the Mall. It shows a feature on the Alamo. We've been to San Antonio several times, but this has been the best.

It was very nice and convenient that the hotel was on the Riverwalk and connected to the mall.

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. from the moment my family and i arrived we were greeting and really taken care of. i especially remember X who assisted us with our luggage and check in. my next visit to San Antonio will definately include the marriot rivercenter.

On our first night we found stains on the comforter we were able to switch rooms; do not eat at J. W' s Steak house because the food was bland and it was over priced. hotel needs updating; location was great and valet and front desk was great.

We really enjoyed our hotel stay. The food at the hotel and hotel bar was great and so was the location. We walked everywhere. The only thing I did not like was that the pool was extremely crowded with a lot of kids at 10:00 at night. It would have been nice for there to have only been adults after a certain time. We took the vacation w/out the kids and the last thing I wanted to do was to hang out in a pool full of kids. More jacuzzi's would have also been nice.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The room was a bit smaller than I wanted, but you don't really need much when traveling. The bed and sheets were SO comfortable it made it a very reguvinating trip.

Beautiful hotel, lobby is very nice, we found the front desk attendants were not all that helpful, the bellboys were great, nice clean rooms, wouldn't mind staying there again.

This is my second time staying at the Marriott Rivercenter and I absolutely love it. It is very clean and the customer service is superb. During my last trip I left behind a bag, but luckily it was turned in to the lost-n-found department and they mailed it back to me promptly. I was completely satisfied.

Pro: Good location on Riverwalk and near Alamo. Nice rooms, although layout awkward. Con: PRICE. Charge for everything, including local calls. Internet access $10.
