This hotel was what you would expect from an Embassy hotel. Everything was very nice. I was worried about the proximity to the airport and the noise level, but was surprised to find it very quiet. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which made it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time. However it had a great bed.

All of our stays at the various Embassy Suites Hotels throughout the country have been great, and this one was no exception.

The accommodations were great and we loved the complementary happy hour and breakfast.

Overall I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and I would stay there again. I would just know which rooms to avoid. The hotel was very nice and it had a real homey feel to it.

I liked the overall ambience; it had a quiet comfortable feel.

Our room was located by an employee & our room smelled smoky & there was a main door that locked our area with another room.

This 261-room all-suites property has a full range of services to suit both leisure and business traveler. The Embassy Suites San Antonio-International Airport is half a mile from San Antonio Airport and seven miles from downtown San Antonio. The hotel operates a free shuttle to and from the airport and to businesses and shopping within a three mile radius of the property. Impressive feature of the hotel is the nine-story high atrium. The hotel has function space to hold meetings and banquets for up to 90 people. Attractions within easy driving include A&T Center, home of San Antonio Spurs, San Antonio Zoo, Seaworld, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Splashtown USA and the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Former visitors to this hotel have good things to say about the accommodation, staff, dining and fun times at the sports bar. There were some comments that some of the rooms needed refurnishing. Tip from former guests: This is an ideal airport hotel but not that convenient if you came to San Antonio to see Riverwalk and the Alamo.
