Perfect place for the entire family. Good spa, two solid golf courses and free driving range balls, and loads of fun for the kids!! Pool area is amazing. Lazy river is perfect. Large pools with basketball goals and volleyball nets. Biking, hiking, nature trails, ect. Seperate 'adults only' pool and hot tub to keep the kiddos away. Everyone can find something they will enjoy.

My husband and I decided to get away for a few days. We were so excited, but were very upset during our stay. Out of 4 days we couldn't get a hot meal from the main dining facility (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). We thought once, but every time. The golf course was being cut well, to the point that we lost a box of balls. No hot water. We spend a lot of money to leave wishing we had never gone.

This was our first vacation with our little one...absolutely loved the hotel!! The staff was very friendly and accomodating, got us everything we needed for our 6 month old. The breakfast was amazing!! Can't say enough about the grounds and the pool...absolutely beautiful. A bit pricey but well worth it. The best place we have found for families.

I found the staff to be very professional at this Hotel. I had called ahead of our stay to arrange a dinner & special rose petal presentation from the door to the bed in the shape of a heart for my wife to celebrate our wedding anniv. along with room service and the works. When we arrived my wife was impressed with the personable service the staff displayed as we arrived. "It was as though they knew you" she would say. We enjoyed a five night stay.

This hotel is beautiful, the stafft is friendly. The problem we had is that in our room we foud two roach eggs!! I spoke with the manager who was nice but not even surprised! they changed us to another room and this one was fine. Also the air filters were dirty. For that kind of hotel those things are not acceptable. The food is really good and my kids had so much fun at the kisd club and river.

Not disappointed at all.. Staff very friendly..junior high kids had a great place in the evening called the underground.. my 12 yr old loved it.. x-box & video games galore with virgin drinks and snacks too. Even the landscapers were friendly here..lazy river best feature..

The hotel was wonderful for families. Staff was friendly. However, be careful as their kids stay for free motto doesn't apply as booked. Make sure you have that in writing because they did not honor it for us. Maid service was slow as our room did not get cleaned until close to 4pm every day. They have a great playground on property as well as their lazy river ride. Restaurants were great. They had complimentary smore's every night at their firepit. The fun never ends at this hotel for the kids.

We stayed here for two nights with our infant and toddler. The floor in our room was soaked. When we called, maintenance responded immediately and attempted to fix the problem which was that the air conditioner had leaked. They were able to switch us to another room the next day and actually did not charge us for the room!! The pool/float river is awesome and our toddler loved the play structure. We had fun along the nature trail. And the food was incredible (especially the farfaille pasta dish!). All in all, an excellent experience. We will definitely come again SOON!

Very kid friendly. My kids liked renting bikes and swimming in the lazy river. Very close to Sea World.

I have to compliment the facilities and the staff as being 5 star. This hotel wpuld have been absolutely perfect if there had been less toddlers. If you are a family with kids 1-7 years this place is for you. If you have older kids and don't want to hear whiny children or have them under foot FIND SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN THIS.

They had a lot of activities for the kids, including a waterballoon toss and snow cones, the hotel has tricycles to the bigger bikes that they lend to you to ride around on the property, hayride and a movies on the back lawn at nite-- really enjoyable hotel-- the room was very clean & comfortable I would love to go back!

I loved this hotel. It's great for almost anyone and has a wonderful and relaxing floating river. I had a great time.
