This is a very nice hotel to stay in for the price. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

this hotel is nice for the price .. and close to the riverwalk ... you can catch a trolly or bus for a few cents and be there on the river walk in about 10 min very nice experience . it beats paying the high price just to be on the riverwalk .. !

its an pretty decent hotel, for the price. nothing spectacular, nothing discusting. breakfast buffet was pretty good for price

Service lacking; front desk staff indifferent; lipstick covered the rim of one coffee cup, the other was dirty and cracked.

Our non-smoking room smelled like cigaretts, staff moved us with no problem. The kids loved the pool, I thought it small. Trolley stop out front, took you right to the riverwalk, $.80 cents for adult $.40 cents for kids.

I reserved a room with two beds but the room I was assigned had only one and the telephone in the room didn't work. The friendly and helpful staff quickly changed rooms without any problems. Only meal available is breakfast (at $9 a person). If you are there with a family, don't go during Fiesta (a 2 week party that makes traveling by car a nightmare). The rooms were clean and well priced. Hotel is about a mile from the Riverwalk so walking is a chore. Whirlpool was very relaxing despite strong chlorine smell. I would stay here again. Great hotel for the price.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The staff, rooms, everything was top notch. If/when I return to San Antonio I will not hesitate to stay here again.
