This was a great hotel to stay in. My wife and I enjoyed our time there. They are very stingy when it comes to doing anything extra. Overall, other than a few minor glitches, I am very happy with the experience though, and my wife and I would go back again if we have the opportunity.

The location.

The snooty phone operator, and the dead cricket in my bathroom.

It was great. I couldn't have asked for more. It was in a great location, easy access to everything on the river walk, cozy, romantic, a great home away from home. I'm definitely coming back!

Fantastic! The only exception being the cramped area in front of the balcony door.

The hotel staff, location, cleanliness, restaurant, decor, overall very pleased.

The riverfront room was a little cramped at the French door (the desk chair had to be moved).

This has to be THE place to stay in San Antonio. Those who have been fortunate to call this place home for a short time have been stunned by the service and amazed at the quality of the rooms. Dining here is a delight and the saltwater pool is the ideal place to relax after a stroll on the River Walk. The Omni is an expensive place to stay - $4 for a bottle of water in the room but most guests said it was worth every penny and they cannot wait to return. From check-in, done by the parking attendant if you arrive by car, to check out, this has to rate as one of the finest hotels in Texas.
