Overall great experience. Hotel was quiet, clean and staff was very attentive. I would stay there again.

this is in continuance of the above item. We did not want to leave our credit card for incidentals. We do not watch movies and we always use our own cell phones. So, we were highly upset when they took the cards and then they put a hold on my accout for $10.00/day of our stay. Then they tell me today that it could take 5-7 business days to get the hold released. this is crazy. I will never leave my card again because they told us there would be no charges on it unless we used something. Then why put a hold on my account.If i wouldn't have had the money in there I would have had bounced it.

the room was a great deal for the price we got. wonderful setup of furniture in the room.

I do not like having to leave a credit card or debit card at all. they debit our account even if you do not use anything.

The 119-room Courtyard by Marriott Richardson Campbell Dallas provides quality accommodation at an affordable equally suited to the leisure or business traveler. The four-story non-smoking hotel is located in the Telecom Business Park, close to the offices of Nortel Networks, Countrywide, Samsung and AT&T. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has two meeting rooms for business or social events. The larger can accommodate 50 guests. The property is located between the between the University of Texas at Dallas and Plano, Texas. Area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, the South Fork Ranch, downtown Dallas, and the Six Flags over Texas theme park.

This Courtyard gets great reviews about its location, in a quiet business park, friendly and efficient staff, reasonable rates and spacious and comfortable accommodation. First time visitors to Richardson said they got lots of helpful advice from the front desk about nearby shopping. Most clients say they will return to this hotel on future visits to the area and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
