Seemed to be recently remodeled or is fairly new since the area was clean and tidy with nice colors and a nice comfy bed. The grounds were nice and clean and the parking lot was well lighted.

This was a very nice hotel, close to lots of stuff and right off the highway, but not too close to traffic noise. Very clean and comfortable. price was amazing!!!

The 137-room Courtyard by Marriott Richardson Spring Valley is in the center of the Texas telecom corridor and provides affordable quality accommodation for the business traveler and families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is next to the offices of Texas Instruments, Global Knowledge, Verizon, Nortel and AT&T. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms available for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 45 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include three golf courses, the University of Texas at Dallas, the Dallas Zoo, the Dallas Aquarium and shopping at the Galleria and North Park Mall.

It was the helpful employees at this Courtyard that impressed many clients. The front desk staff had lots of information on where to shop and dine which was helpful for out-of-towners. The majority of guests said the accommodation was clean and comfortable, the rates were reasonable and the location good for shopping. Many visitors said they would stay at this hotel on future visits to the area and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
