Earlier complaints about tired looking accommodation have stopped now that the hotel has been totally renovated. Visitors to Plano say this property offers great value for money and competes well against the neighboring properties. Many guests said the buffet breakfast was bigger and better than they expected. All the guestrooms, and 10 suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, pullout sofa bed, television with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and telephone with voicemail. Some rooms have the added benefit of a refrigerator.

This hotel has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and a fitness center. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several restaurants nearby. They include Patrizio's Italian restaurant, an IHOP, TGI Fridays and the Red Hot and Blue Barbecue. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, information on area events and attractions and a list of restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. Other amenities include fax and copying services, daily housekeeping, valet-dry cleaning and vending machines.
