Everything from the staff to the food to the room were excellent. The price seemed too high, but maybe that was because of the weekend.

The staff at the check in desk were both friendly and helpful.

The price seemed too high for what we have paid before for Fairfield Inns.

The 100-room Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Plano provides quality accommodation well suited to both the budget-minded business and leisure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social functions. Area landmarks and attractions include the Dr. Pepper Star Center, Dallas Soccer at Pizza Hut Park, the Southfork Ranch, Texas Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, the Six Flags over Texas theme park, American Airlines Center and shopping at Stonebriar Mall.

Earlier complaints about tired looking accommodation have stopped now that the hotel has been totally renovated. Visitors to Plano say this property offers great value for money and competes well against the neighboring properties. Many guests said the buffet breakfast was bigger and better than they expected. The employees are complemented for their friendly and efficient service. As a result many clients say they will return to this inn on future visits to the area.
