We had a good time. My children enjoyed the swimming pool and the staff was very courteous to my entire family.

They supplied a crib for my 8 month old grand daughter, this was a nice surprise.

Clean and quiet. The thermostat did not regulate the temp very well. It was either too hot or freezing.

Relatively quiet, not overcrowded.

Check out time is 11 a.m., it should be 12 p.m., and breakfast should last until 10:30 a.m.

The weather was bad, so we didn't get to tour the pool area. We had a microwave and refrigerator in our room which was a nice surprise to us. The beds were comfortable and there were no musty smells that most 2 star hotels have. I am very picky and I recommend this place!

The room smelled fresh and clean and the continental breakfast was great!

The bathroom towels were a little damp, so they switched them out.

This Best Western gets many good reviews from regular visitors to McKinney who rate this property highly. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and have very comfortable beds. The location is good, just 20 miles from Dallas, and the top-notch team of employees are professional and friendly and give good advice about the neighborhood shopping, restaurants and sights which include the Southfork Ranch, the setting for the television series Dallas.
