The hotel desk staff were wonderful, especially the day shift man. Very helpful with directions, etc as I had never been to Longview before.
Great sheets and pillows.
No exhaust fan in bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel before. The bedding is great. It is clean, not damp-smelling, and the staff are very nice. The breakfast is great. Everything else was great!
I liked the cleanliness, the breakfast and the comfortable bedding.
Our wake-up call was an hour early, and then the maids woke us up at 8:30 knocking on our door.

Travelers to Longview say that this property is a good alternative to the more expensive hotels closer to town. The service here may not be as good but the accommodation is clean and well equipped. The hotel is easy to find off Interstate 20 and many said the hot breakfast offered a good variety of items. If you need a microwave oven and refrigerator then you need to take a suite at this Holiday Inn Express.
