This hotel was wonderful minus the loud air conditioner. There is a cupboard where one can buy beverages, food and many other items. There is no cashier so you write all the items you're taking on a piece of paper and drop it in a box. The hotel staff eventually puts those items on your bill. All of the staff was very friendly. There are also free washer and dryer units on site as well as a large movie selection at the front desk. I loved this hotel and would love to stay there again!

This hotel has a retail shop of foods/beverages and other items for sale on the honor system. Free washer/dryer!

The air conditioning was extremely loud.

From my stay at this hotel, I can honestly say it was the best hotel out of the 6 hotels i stayed in during my trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a decent size DVD library. They had a decent exercise room. The entire hotel was very clean with new carpets and paint.

The staff was very pleasant and readily available with information and helpful suggestions.

This hotel is smoke free.

Very clean from the parking lot to the rest rooms. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Visitors in Killeen for a longer stay said this Candlewood Suites proved to be the ideal place. The suites were fully equipped and spotlessly clean. There were some negative reviews that it was time that some of the accommodation was updated. Despite this most clients said they would return to this property on future visits to this Texas town. Business clients appreciated the free copying and print services available at the 24-hour business center.
