This trip was our 4th anniversary, and the room we stay in was the same room we stayed in on our honeymoon. It took us 3 tries to remember the correct one. The clerk was there to change our rooms each time without complaint.

The front desk clerk went out of her way to make sure we had the right room.

This proved to be a very popular stopping spot for visitors to Kerrville who said this Best Western offered great value and had very spacious rooms. This is an older property and some guests said it was well maintained while others said it was time for some serious updating. Most travelers found the employees friendly and helpful and said they would stay here on future visits to the area.
