Positively, the hotel was clean. Negatively, the thermostat in the room did not work properly, bathroom was dark and sink was not enclosed

Superior Quality... Hats off to the staff and housekeepers ... wonderful relaxing quiet hotel.. a travelers paradise which includes room service for dining in.. can't ask for much more

Stayed here for business. Excellent size room and work desk. Not much around for restaurants but front desk has plenty of menus that go beyond just Chinese food. Excellent access to hwy. Breakfast overall good. I'm a health nut so some items were too sugary (muffins and pasteries). They do offer sausage, waffles, eggs and biscuts. Good variety of coffee too! There are other areas that are easy to get too if you want to venture out for the nite. Overall this is a very good hotel. Oh and they do have a small workout room.

We were very pleased with the Comfort Suites hotel. It was convenient, clean, and excellent breakfast. It will be our hotel each time we attend the Dallas Cowboy games.

We were so surprised at the comfort and affordability of this hotel. The room was great, clean and the breakfast was absolutely great. We are in Dallas several times a month and will always use this hotel

I was very impressed with this hotel. My family which includes 2 teen-age boys enjoyed the pool, the free breakfast and the pleasant staff. The room was very spacious and clean, 2 TV's a separate room with couch and you can close the door.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are very spacious and you have a seperate living area. However, the air conditioning is on a sensor so when you sleep it went off and was very hot. Also the front desk gave someone else our room while we were still in it and they were able to walk right in because they had the key. This was fixed with little hassle. However we did not feel verry comfortable with the situation

The free breakfast is great; you can make your own Texas-shaped waffle, eat some biscuits and eggs, or just drink coffee. The two-room suite was a mixed blessing. It was gigantic but was difficult to cool down; I had the AC cranked down as low as it would to (65) but the temp never got below 72.

Good price for the floor plan - actually a suite of 2 rooms with a door btwn instead of some competition whose "suites" are only a single room w/ a half-partition in the middle. Also very clean and no maintenance problems. Everything in good shape. Only negative - They turn their refrigerators off btwn guests - not a good idea - makes frig smell

I chose this hotel because it had queen size beds. I called the hotel to verify that they were, and was told yes they were. Well they weren't, they were full size. I called the staff to see if there was a mistake and he said that those were queen size. Also pool hrs posted closing at 10pm on Sat night, it was 10:05 and we were told we had to get out no exceptions. Other hotels I've been to have been flexable as long as there were no complaints. Not at this one.

A Comfortable place to stay,especially when catching an early morning flight. The area has too many hotels and not enough restaurant establishments that are with-in walking distance.Plusses included microwave refridgerater and HBO,HBO2,HBO signature and HBO family.

Hotel is excellent for business travelers - Rooms are clean and spacious - Lots of extras for the price - Free Internet and Free Wine were my favorite.

Rooms were extremely clean! Free hot breakfast and Free internet were a great plus! Evening Reception with Free beer and wine! Staff very friendly and helpful! Many great restaurants within a mile - free shuttle to my office and the airport! Will stay again! Highly Recommended!

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The extra living space when you have kids is helpful to spread out and not feel like you are on top of each other. My only area of concern is that the room had a urine smell like there have been animals in it. I would suggest that the hotel purchase and use products that will take this smell away for future guests.
