This hotel was in a great location. My only complaint is that the a/c did not work our first night and they were full so we were not able to change rooms. It was very hot.

Location near airport a plus. Rooms are modern and pleasant. Staff was polite and helpful. Airport transfer was convenient.

The check-in process was quick and efficient. Room was very clean and spacious - amenities included microwave and refrigerator. Continental breakfast was provided. For the price and star level, this was a wonderful value.

Very convenient location.

A bit difficult to get to from the highway.

Just one mile from Dallas Forth Worth International Airport, Best Western DFW Airport Suites hotel prides itself in providing quality customer service by lending out a cordial hand to every visitor. Travelling with kids should not be a problem as Six Flags Amusement Park is nearby. If planning some serious shopping, Grapevine Mills Mall will suffice all your needs. The hotel features its own convenience store for any last minute necessities and offers a variety of business services for working guests. These include fax and copying services as well as meeting rooms. If needing something to munch at an odd hour, you can hit the vending machines located in the lobby. Kick your day off to a good start with the complimentary continental breakfast every morning. If you feel like flexing a few muscles hit the fitness facility to work out.

Airport shuttle is not reliable. The bedding in the guest rooms have well worn out linens and pillows and an hard mattress. The staff is friendly. The pool is clean.
