I would recommend this hotel for family, friends or anyone desiring a luxurious stay in the Dallas area. The live piano at dinnertime is especially nice. Conferences at the Omni are very nicely handled and the staff is very professional and courteous to guests. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating to the guests staying at the Omni Mandalay. Omni Mandalay Hotel Accommodations
The rooms offer a fantastic view of the Dallas skyline and the nicely wooded grounds surrounding the hotel. Each room is spacious and has a hallway that gives the feel of a suite along with a separate sitting area. Rooms have an elegant but casual feel.
Amenities offered
Omni guests can start with a buffet breakfast which offers everything you might desire from freshly squeezed orange juice to an omelet bar. There is a nice walking trail around the hotel or if you prefer the fitness room offers elliptical machines, treadmills and weights. There are several conference rooms with available Internet access. Laundry and dry cleaning services are also available for guests. Lobby areas are very spacious and accommodating for convention groups. Customer service is very hospitable and professional in their relationships with the public.
