The pet-friendly TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Colinas is located 10 miles from both the Dallas Fort Worth Airport and the Dallas Love Field Airport in the heart of the Irving-Las Colinas Business District. The three-story, non-smoking hotel has 135 one and two bedroom suites ideally suited to the extended stay business traveler or families on vacation. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a hot breakfast buffet, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. One meeting room for business or social events can accommodate 30 guests. The hotel is close to the corporate offices of Verizon, Zales, NEC, Nokia, Exxon-Mobil, Bombardier, Microsoft, EMC, Caremark, and Oracle. Area landmarks and attractions include the Las Colinas film studios, downtown Fort Worth and downtown Dallas, Texas Motor Speedway, the Fort Worth Stockyards, Six Flags Over Texas theme park, the Fort Worth Zoo, and Texas Stadium.

All the suites have separate living and sleeping areas and a work desk with high-speed Internet access. The kitchens come with a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, conventional and microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster and cutlery and crockery. Other amenities include cable television with movie channels, pullout sofa bed, two-line telephone with voicemail, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.

The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool and a fitness center. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but the hotel has a list of restaurants that will deliver to the property and there is also a grocery shopping service. There are numerous places to eat close by including a Benihana Japanese Steakhouse, Red Hot and Blue BBQ and the Veranda Greek Café. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions. There is a full service business center, an on-site laundry and a picnic area with a barbecue grill.
