The 118-room Fairfield Inn by Marriott Las Colinas provides quality affordable accommodation equally suited to the business traveler and families on vacation. The suites at this three-story, non-smoking hotel have a microwave oven, refrigerator and separate living area. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet with the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The property is close to the Las Colinas Studios which offers studio tours. Other area landmark and attractions include three golf courses, Texas Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, Dr. Pepper Stars Arena, Ameriquest Field in Arlington, the Six Flags over Texas theme park, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Motor Speedway and shopping at Grapevine Mills Mall.

All the guestrooms, and 22 suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and telephone with voicemail. The bathtubs have spray jets.
