The check in experience was fast. The hotel is aboultely beautiful. Guest services were very curteous and professional and continental breakfast was by far above and beyond, absolutely exceptional.

I highly, highly recommend this hotel especially for families. Great room setup, very clean, great staff, great atrium and pool. I will stay here again the next time we come to Dallas and will recommend to other family members. There is not one thing that I would change about this hotel. Try it. You'll love it. Four stars plus!

Love this hotel. Special thanks to the front desk, and the Manager of the dining area at Brkfst. Nice rooms, Wonderful indoor Courtyard, and great atmosphere. Airport shuttle deserevs special mention, too!!

I thought that this hotel was beautiful. All the fish in the streams, the margaritas, and the service added up to give me a wonderful experience.

We have stayed at this hotel several times during the past 15 years. It has always been nice, but the service this time was impeccable! From the cleaning lady to the chef to the front desk...they were so helpful. It is well worth the $$!

Great accomodations. Restaurant food was great. Ideal hotel stay for the price. Close to many Dallas attractions.

The atrium area is beautiful with lush plants and a stream with fish. The cocktails were top shelf margaritas (cuervo gold) Only complaints is that there is no free internet connection (has it for a fee) and the couches are a little worn, other than that it was a great stay
