Nice facility - clean and quiet. Slightly understaffed but those that were on duty were polite and helpful. Continental breakfast (w/waffles) was a bonus.

Our room was clean - didn't stay very long had an early morning flight and missed breakfast. The room was dark and the staff at the front desk weren't very friendly.

Hotel provided all the service we needed for a short stay, price was reasonable, shuttle service was adequate. Easy to locate

There was a bit of confusion and mix-up with the pick-up at the airport. Once I arrived at the hotel things went more smoothly. I would stay there again. The reservation itself was excellent.

I have stayed at many nice Country Inn Hotels. This was not one of them. There was mold growing in my coffee pot, the breakfast milk was spoiled, the internet connection in my room was pulled out of the wall and the front desk staff were very rude.

The hotel staff that greeted me and the housekeeping staff were friendly. The room was clean and cool. I would recommend it as well as stay again!

We stayed here overnight en route to Costa Rica - overall the hotel was clean and certainly comfortable but we were a little disappointed in the pool (very small) and the breakfast. The airport shuttle was convenient but out pick up (upon arrival) took an hour.

this was our first stop onroute to mexico then back to the US. we were welcomed with smiling staff and superb accomodation. all our requests were answered. thank you all for an excellant stay.
