The 122 all-suites SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport provides affordable accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler and operates a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Other items included with the room rate are a hot and healthy breakfast, high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The five-story, non-smoking hotel has three meeting rooms for social or business functions. The largest can accommodate 150 guests. The property is a short drive from four golf courses. Other area landmarks and attractions include the Galleria shopping area, the George Brown Convention Center, the NASA Space Center, Minute Maid Park, home of Houston Astros and Reliant Park, home of the Houston Texans.

Business travelers said this hotel provided good alternative accommodation to the more expensive downtown properties and the complimentary breakfast made a great start to the day. Families staying here before or after a flight, said by utilizing the pullout sofa bed they saved on the cost of an extra room. SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Hobby Airport Accommodations

All the suites have a pantry area, refrigerator, microwave oven and a sink. Other features are a large work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail and data ports, cable television with news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Video games and players are available for rent.

This hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and an exercise room. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several places to eat nearby including a Denny’s, Taco Cabana and Central Texas Barbecue. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions.
