This full-service plush hotel offers an assortment of modern comforts for a pleasant stay. Most of the visitors appreciated well-kept rooms, comfy beds, Nintendo, DVD players, free Internet, ice machine, Aveda toiletries, food, bar, shuttle, location, price and friendly staff. However, some guests were disappointed with bed bugs, ignored room preferences, dated gym, poor customer service, noise, expensive parking, faulty cancellation policy and poorly lit rooms.
