Overall it was a great stay, with a great price. I wish that I could lock in on this hotel specifacally if I needed to extend my great stay and great rate.

The staff was friendly and the food tasted good

I've stayed at the hotel previously and it was in horrible shape. For the area there are not any 4 star hotels. Now totally redone everywhere you look and very nice.

Totally redone and locale. Security for parking lot.

The girl stayed on the phone looking at me and would not hang up to check me in and it was a personal phone call!

Our stay was very comfortable and everything was clean and suitable for our needs. The hotel was easy to find and made for quick access to good restaurants and the highway. It was only about 20 minutes or so from the entrance to the annual Texas Renaissance Festival. The public use internet "cafe" was helpful and the facilities were diverse (pool, etc.), though it was too cold for us to use them in November. I would easily stay at this hotel again and recommend it for friends.

It was in a very convenient location and the price was very reasonable. The room was comfortable and clean.

A little more decor might have jazzed up the place, and a room DVD player would have been nice.

Most travelers to Houston who stayed in this Holiday Inn were delighted with their selection of hotels. The property is in a quiet neighborhood 20 miles from downtown and the rooms are spacious, with new furniture and comfortable beds and lots of pillows. The cheerful crew of employees had lots of information about nearby shopping and dining. Those who dined here said the meals were good, inexpensive and they had no problem in recommending this property to others. Rates here were lower than those charged for similar accommodation in the city.
