This Holiday Inn Express is very convenient to the Intercontinental Airport, Downtown Houston and Interstate 45. While driving directions generally have you take the Sam Houston Tollway, it is actually more convenient to take Beltway 8. The hotel is easier to find if you drive the Beltway. The complimentary continental breakfast was on par with what most hotels offer. The coffee was excellent! The room was very clean and with a comfortable side chair.

Friendly and helpful staff, room very nice, ceiling fan, great coffee.

No convenient restaurants (within 3 miles); at least two trys to flush the toilet.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in years and at a very good price. The staff was consistently friendly, professional and helpful. Manager was also friendly-so much so I thought I might be in some alternative universe. Hotel and room was spotlessly clean. I hardly ever rave about hotels being a jaded business traveler, but this hotel really deserves some recognition. Free hot breakfast was good too.

Staff was the friendliest and most helpful I have experienced in some time. Hotel was also very clean and new. Excellent free hot breakfast.

No real problems, but a bit far from restaurants. If you don't have a car, the shuttle driver will take you to three of the closest restaurants.

The pet-friendly Holiday Inn Express Suites North Beltway is three miles from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport and comprises 60 rooms equally suited to the business or pleasure traveler. The three-story hotel operates a courtesy airport shuttle. Other items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, a copy of USA Today, local telephone calls, in-room tea and coffee and parking. Corporate offices close to the hotel include Exxon-Mobil, Hydril, Halliburton and Continental. Area landmarks and attractions include several golf courses, the Sam Houston Race Track, Cy-Fair Community College, Reliant Park, the Space Center, Houstons museum district, the George R. This is one of the better airport hotels that is immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet at night despite the loud air traffic heard outside the hotel. That is the opinion of several guests who have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. Clients were impressed with the friendly and efficient service and the free continental breakfast which included several tasty hot dishes. Those who used the airport shuttle said it worked well and the hotel was well located just a short drive from downtown Houston.
