The pet-friendly, 10-story property has 13 meeting room for social or business functions that can accommodate 1,000 guests. The hotel operates a 24-hour complimentary shuttle to Houston Hobby Airport. Other items included in the room rate are parking, local telephone calls and a morning newspaper. The non-smoking hotel is close to five golf courses, the Houston business district, Reliant Park, home of the Houston Texans, the NASA Space Center, Galveston and the Port of Houston.

This is a great airport hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms and reasonable rates. That is the opinion of many former guests. The friendly staff, complimentary shuttle and large flat screen televisions in every room, are some of the items that were much appreciated. Those who have stayed at neighboring properties say they will use this hotel on future visits to the Houston Airport. All the guestrooms, and 52 suites, have a large work desk with high-speed Internet access, 32-inch flat-screen television with cable movie and news channels, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, pullout sofa bed, hairdryer, bathrobes and two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone.
