The St. Regis Hotel strives to offer guests a relaxing ambience from the moment they walk through the front door. The hotel is located between River Oaks, the city's most exclusive residential neighborhood, and the Galleria, an international mecca for luxury shopping and world-class entertainment. The hotel lobby greets guests with its rich decor and stately manner. Guests have their choice between guest rooms and suites. The outdoor pool is climate controlled and guests may enjoy planning an outdoor event on the deck. Refrshements are served by the pool. The hotel also has a steam room and fitness center. The spa offers a variety of packages. The hotel can accomodate all meetings and events. In addition to a ballroom which can host black tie events, there are 12 smaller meeting rooms. Business services are available. A guest coordinator can assist with all needs. Full catering is available.

Guests have enjoyed their stay indicated that they felt like they were staying at a four star hotel. All the hotel staff was friendly and remembers your name. Service is impeccable with prompt car delivery. The rooms are luxurious and lavish. Although one guest felt that given the price of the rooms they should not be paying for internet service. The St. Regis Houston Accommodations

The hotel seeks to pamper all it's guests no matter what their style or taste is. Concierge service is available to assist guests with their needs. The hotel offers guests fine dining at Remington Restaurant, a climate-controlled outdoor pool, full-service spa treatments and the legendary St. Regis afternoon tea service. Guests can have a choice between deluxe and superior rooms and the Grand Luxe Suite, the Master Suite, the St. Regis Suite and the Presidential Suite. The rooms are tastefully decorated with designer wallpaper and plush carpets. All rooms have cable channels , pay for view movies and video games and a AM/FM Digital Radio CD player. The morning newspaper is delivered to the room. Beds feature a signature pillowtop bed covered with Pratesi Linens. Guests will enjoy using the plush terry cloth bathrobe and slippers. The bathrooms are designed with marble. Fresh flowers are placed in the room. For those needing to work the room has internet access, a dual-line cordless telephone and a fax/copier/printer. Guests will enjoy twice daily maid service. Evening turn down service is available along with shoe shine service and overnight laundry service.
