The staff was very friendly and appreciative. The cleanliness was more than adequate. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

My daughter's softball team won the state title and I needed to get a photo to the Nacogdoches newspaper. Staff went above and beyond to make it happen.

Fine except i had to stand in the bathroom with my laptop to get an adequate signal to get online. VERY inconvenient as you might imagine.

I would not recommend this hotel to others. Morning coffee is very important to me but I need cream and sugar and there was none provided. One bath towel was provided along with the floor mat, 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels. The hotel breakfast was outrageously expensive.

Location.

No cream or sugar for coffee provided only one bath towel.

This was a Holiday Inn Select until it was upgraded to a Crowne Plaza. Travelers who have stayed here say the rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. The property gets many repeat customers, always a great recommendation, who were impressed by the friendly and efficient service. There were some minor moans that meals ordered from room service were not hot. The solution from one visitor: Either eat quickly or order cold dishes.
