Fantastic hotel. A minus is that the restaurant is closed on Friday and Saturday nights, however, you can order same menus in room or the bar. Great pool, several church services take place on Sundays in their conference rooms, can really be inspirational.

The location to restaurants and traffic lanes to get anywhere were fantastic.

They have new pillows from the last time we stayed. Previous ones were better.

I love staying at this hotel because for the price, it feels very upscale. The layout of the hotel is very nice, the staff is courteous and the amenities are great.

The way they have done up the beds is fabulous.

Parking stinks, especially when they have events going on.

Everything was great, but the AC unit in the room had the carpet very wet all around it. I only used the room to pass the night so I didn't mind, but the staff should have been aware of that. The morning we were supposed to check out we woke up late because there was no power nor water. It made it really difficult for us to make it on time to an event. They allowed us to wait in the room after check out time until the wired and power came back on, but it took hours. Power came back on at 1:40 pm but we had to leave the hotel without showering because it was already 3:45 and no waited was on. The check out time is noon.

This is a great upscale hotel with easy access to downtown Houston with those little luxury items you would expect from a Crowne Plaza. That is the opinion of several guests who have stayed at this property and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to fellow travelers. Many clients made use of the sleep CD which gave them a perfect night of sleep in a very comfortable bed. The property is close to the freeway but there were no complaints about highway noise. The professional and polite team of employees did a great job to insure that every visitor had an enjoyable stay.
