This is a great upscale hotel with easy access to downtown Houston with those little luxury items you would expect from a Crowne Plaza. That is the opinion of several guests who have stayed at this property and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to fellow travelers. Many clients made use of the sleep CD which gave them a perfect night of sleep in a very comfortable bed. The property is close to the freeway but there were no complaints about highway noise. All the guestrooms and 23 suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, CD player, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two dual-line telephones with voicemail. Connecting rooms and rollaway beds are available. The suites and executive club level rooms have the added benefit of a complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails.
