The hotel looked visually appealing. The decor was pleasant. The blinds in the room was a nice touch, but would have liked to have had curtains for increased privacy.

The fitness center offered a variety of machines and free weights.

Room service staff was less than helpful when placing an order.

This multistoried deluxe hotel offers an assortment of comforts for convenience and confidence. Most of the guests were happy with everything and would love to stay at the hotel again. They liked location, well-appointed spic and span guestrooms with comfy beds, accommodating and courteous staff, conference rooms, public areas, strong Wi FI signal, bath amenities, business center, price and free airport shuttle. However, a few guests were disappointed with poor buffet breakfast, inconsistent service, out-of-order machines in fitness center, restaurant, dark corridors, dimly lighted rooms, leaking toilets and noisy AC units.
