The pet-friendly Comfort Suites North has easy access to Interstate 45 and comprises 51 affordable rooms equally suited to families on vacation or the business traveler. Items included with the room rate at this two-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee and parking. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 25 guests. The hotel is eight miles from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Other area landmarks and attractions include the Six Flags SplashTown, Toyota Center, Houston’s premier sports and entertainment complex, the Houston Aquarium which includes a Ferris wheel, and a passenger train that tunnels through a huge fish tank, and shopping at the Greenspoint Mall and the Willowbrook Mall.

This hotel gets many repeat customers, always a good recommendation, who say the rates here are reasonable and the property is located in a safe neighborhood and close to many of Houston’s attractions. This is an older property but it is well maintained and the suites are well equipped and squeaky clean. The cheerful team of employees has lots of helpful hints to assist newcomers in finding their way around.
