The hotel was clean, and the front desk personnal and driver for the airport were very friendly. My only complaint was I could not use the phone. The style was different from what I was used to. It is very convenient if you are taking a trip.

Wingate Inn is a good value-for-money hotel. Offers clean and decent rooms and a simple breakfast. One point to note that they should highlight that their inn has been renamed to Airport Inn. For example, their free IAH Airport shuttle service is listed as Airport Inn not Wingate Inn. This may cause miscommunication when guests are trying to reach the hotel via free hotel.

Stayed four days on business. Clean room and priced right. Only negative comment was that the breakfast did not have a lot to offer for people that must watch either sugar or carb intake.

Located about 1 mile from the airport, not sure if they offer shuttle service since I had a rental car. My single room was very spacious, free internet (wireless or cable), free continental breakfast and overall very clean.

My friend and I stayed here going and coming from Las Vegas. The people are very friendly, the room adequate, mostly clean. We did have a problem or two on our return, which will down-grade my overall experience.

Within 5 minutes of the rental car center near the Houston (Bush) airport, this hotel is clean and business-friendly. Be advised that there is soap and shampoo, but no lotions or other bathroom amenities.

The only thing about my stay that i think should be worked on ,is the phone didn't work and I had a hard time getting a hold of the front desk for a wake up call.
