Good for the business traveler. Seem to have lots of Trucks running through the parking lot. Pool area needs attention. Rooms are clean, although they do have a very slight musty smell.
Price was right.
Little bit older than I would prefer.

This was an excellent choice as far as location to our destination and the room was actually a pleasant surprise for the money spent. Everything was clean and the bathroom was more than adequate for all.
Location.
Parking was plentiful but downstairs rooms are noisy with cars coming and going all hours of the night.

I had a very good stay. I went there because I had business to conduct early morning on that side of town. It was worth it for me to get a room other than stay at home and travel.
Clean, convenient to the rooms, excellent location based on restaurants and entertainment.
Lots of trucks in and out all night.

This was the La Quinta I-45 North before switching brands and becoming a Baymont Inn and Suites. Several clients liked the affordable rates and the clean rooms. There were however complaints about the noise from the nearby Interstate and from aircraft operating out of the Houston Intercontinental Airport. Despite this several budget-travelers said they would stay here again and recommend the property to others wanting inexpensive accommodation.
