Customer Reviews for Grand Hyatt DFW

DFW 5 Star stay - posted on 02/14/2007

The Grand Hyatt at DFW was everything I wanted and more. The room was beautiful, nice size flat-screens, big, comfortable beds with a huge bathroom. The staff was very pleasant to work with. The entire facility was just amazing.

Great Hotel - posted on 06/28/2006

The hotel decor is beautiful - modern and extremely clean!! The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Enjoyed watching planes land and take off from the roof top pool; beautiful fitness center; cool lobby bar. Only downside is the airport parking situation and the need to get parking validated each time. Would stay again!

Great for Business Travel! - posted on 03/09/2006

This room was ideal for a female traveling alone. My flight arrived late, and I got there quickly without concern for safety. The front staff was friendly and the room was heavenly

Nice Hotel - posted on 01/25/2006

The hotel was trendy with contemporary decor. Clean rooms. The staff was very friendly. Bar, restaurant and room service were all great! However, when we checked in, it was busy and there was only one valet person working, who left my car running, while he parked another car - mind you the hotel is attached to an airport terminal. The concierge was not present to give us dinner suggestions, therefore, a desk person came over to assist us and was not experience enough to help us. i.e we requested a fine, upscale Italian restaurant, she suggested Olive Garden, go figure!

Warm and Professional - posted on 01/04/2006

Our stay at the your hotel was a great experience. We were surprised at the great customer service we received, not only from the front desk staff but also from the custodial staff. Our room was very clean with top accomadations. The only thing I would change is the lighting in the bathroom--much to bright. I would have liked to relax in the tub to a dim light. The lighting in the bedroom was also too bright and would have been a bit more romantic if the lights were operated with a dimmer.

What a Grand hotel! - posted on 07/05/2005

My stay for one night was very nice. Staff extremely attentive and helpful. Grand beds are very comfortable. So much so that I woke up late and missed my flight! Spectacular airport views from the upper levels. 1st class gym with state of the art equipment. (really surprised at the advanced equipment they have) Would love to stay again. Well done Hyatt. Really well done.

Smells New!! - posted on 07/05/2005

Stayed the second night it was open. As expected, rooms were brand new and tastefully done. Service was exceptional and staff were very attentive (sometimes too attentive). The view from my 7th floor room was incredible as I had a wide and completely unobstructed view of several runways. It was amazing to see planes taking off and landing!!! The best skyline view couldn't beat the view I had! Only caveat, there was some trash lingering in the room (ie chewing tobacco in nightstand and an unemptied wastebasket). LCD TVs in every room were a nice touch!
