The location is excellent, close to shopping and family amusements. Public areas are great for lounging around and feature many intriguing appointments. Customer service is usually very accommodating and friendly, though not particularly efficient and sometimes downright unprofessional. Accommodations are spotless, which can also be said about the entire property, but bathroom utilities need maintenance. Water sometimes comes out brown from faucets.
