Very friendly staff; indoor units; very clean; nice, exceptionally well-equipped kitchenette; great price; ample number of pillows; soft sheets; a little noisy foot traffic above.

The kitchenette was perfect for eating in; very clean; soft bed and linens; full size refrigerator; good price.

Hard to access the interstate highway from this hotel; easy to bypass street; no entrance from frontage road; meager condiments.

The pet-friendly TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Southwest provides all-suites accommodation designed for the business or leisure traveler on a budget. The three-story, non-smoking property is located halfway between the fishing, boating and golf of Benbrook Lake, and all the attractions of downtown Fort Worth. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The townhouse community has studios, and one and two-bedroom suites, with separate living, work and sleep areas. There is 24-hour staffing at this 95-room property but only limited housekeeping. The community is near the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens, Fort Worth Zoo and Texas Christian University with its Will Rogers Coliseum.

All the suites have separate living and sleeping areas and a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access. The kitchens come with a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, conventional and microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster and cutlery and crockery. Other amenities include cable television with movie channels and pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, two-line telephone with voicemail, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.

If you plan to be in the area for an extended period, this budget priced all-suites hotel may be the solution to your problems. You will not find the refinements of a full-service hotel but you will find a fully equipped kitchen, which will help you save on dining out. Those who have been here for longer periods say the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The employees were efficient and friendly. Several guests said that some areas of the complex were in need of a little refurbishment but the accommodation was acceptable for the prices charged.
